We are preparing a new offering of premium kosher products in Portugal

In the Torah, the name “Asher” evokes blessing, joy, and abundance. Jacob’s blessing associates Asher with rich food and delicacies worthy of a royal table. This image inspires us to select with taste, to serve with dignity, and to help make kosher food more accessible. “Reserve” expresses the idea of carefully preserved products, clear origins, verifiable certification, and a trustworthy service — at fair prices.

Asher Reserve intends to make products from Boucherie Emsalem available in Portugal, alongside other trusted kosher suppliers in line with René Emsalem’s founding vision: to make kosher food accessible “au plus grand nombre” — to as many people as possible — without compromising quality, dignity, or trust.
